Announcements 23rd August 2026

1. Today will be celebrated as Justice Sunday in the Archdiocese of Bombay.

2. We extend a warm welcome to Fr. Alton Extros, appointed as an Assistant Priest in our Parish. Our prayerful wishes that he may have a pleasant stay and experience in our Parish.

3. The Novena in preparation for the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary commences from Sunday 30th August 2026. Novena Mass on Sundays will be at 8:30 am and on weekdays at 7:00 pm. The Feast Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 08th September 2026 at 7:00 pm. For details, kindly refer to the banner on display in the Church Compound.

4. We count on your generous contributions towards the collections being undertaken in your respective Zones for the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The amount collected will help support the requirements of three identified Institutions.

5. A gentle reminder that all Prison Ministry Contributions need to be dropped in the box marked PRISON MINISTRY, placed in the front of the Church.

6. Mass Diary for the months of October to December 2026 will open on Tuesday, 01 September 2026 at 9:00 am in the Church Office.

7. As per the circular issued by Archbishop John Rodrigues, dated 20th June 2026, we can now accept two Masses of Pluri Intentions. Henceforth, multiple intentions will be accepted for the 7:00 pm Mass on Saturday and the 8:30 am Mass on Sunday. As they are both Sunday Masses, the Mass stipend will be Rs 100 per Mass.
